WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
SHIPPING

All orders received will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed. We follow up on all orders with confirmation and tracking detail e-mails. Shipping charges vary based on the item(s) purchased and will be detailed on your checkout page. 

At the moment we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on providing that service soon. If you are outside the United States we will gladly ship to any domestic address you provide.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At LuxeHanger our top priority is providing you with the best prices on top tier designer labels. To make that possible we make efforts to minimize returns processing expenses by deducting a flat ($10.95) fee from all returns. We offer a 7-day return window for items not marked "Final sale". All refunds will post to the original method of payment. Currently we do not offer exchanges for our products. International returns will not be accepted.
 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?
 
The processing time usually hinges on how long the courier takes to get the items back to us. After we receive the items it takes about 48 hours to process the credit.
 
HOW DO I KNOW THE ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC?
 
Here at LuxeHanger, our team takes the time to curate items from top designer labels and personally inspect and authenticate all merchandise. Any product we offer for sale undergoes a meticulous multi-point inspection by a trained authenticator. We have been selling designer merchandise since 2008 via other platforms like eBay and already have thousands of satisfied customers from New York to Japan.
 
WILL ITEMS COME IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
 

We do our best to provide as much of the original packaging as possible although often we do not receive any of the original packaging. Often the item packaging does not arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition and may have imperfections. For any inquiry about a specific item send us an e-mail and we’ll gladly check on the item. WHY DO SOME ITEMS HAVE A BLACK MARK THROUGH THE INNER LABEL?

Many of our items have a discrete line through the inner label. We do not apply these lines they are there when we receive the items from our major department store vendors. The line is applied to prevent illegal full price returns, and to provide you with the best possible discounted pricing.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS NEW OR PRE-OWNED ?

All listed products will have a condition designation in the product description. Item will be marked New With Tags, New, Pre-Loved etc. For more about condition descriptions see our "Pre-Loved" page.
