LuxeHanger Consignment Agreement

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

By sending items to LuxeHanger.com for consignment, you (“Consignor”) agree to the following

terms set by LuxeHanger LLC (“LuxeHanger” or “Consignee”):

1. Item Acceptance

Items must arrive in excellent, clean, and saleable condition. LuxeHanger reserves the right to accept

or reject any items at its sole discretion. Rejected items will be donated or returned based on your

instructions, and return shipping is the responsibility of the Consignor.

2. Consignment Period

Items are consigned for 365 days from the date they are processed. After 180 days, LuxeHanger may

transfer unsold items to eBay auction starting at $9.99, with no guarantee of final sale price. Items

unsold after 365 days will be donated unless a return request is submitted in writing before the end

of the consignment period, with return shipping paid by the Consignor.

3. Pricing

Pricing is determined by LuxeHanger based on condition, market data, and current demand.

LuxeHanger does not guarantee a sale or sale price and may list items on its website or third-party

platforms at its discretion.

4. Commission & Fees

LuxeHanger retains a commission from the final sale price based on current payout rates listed on

our website. Third-party selling fees (e.g., PayPal, eBay) are not deducted from the seller’s payout.

5. Payments

Payouts are issued at consignors request 30 business days after a confirmed sale (i.e., once the item

is accepted by the buyer without return). Payments are sent via check, PayPal, Zelle, or ACH.

6. Ownership & Authenticity

By sending in items, you confirm you own them and that all items are 100% authentic. Inauthentic

items will be returned or discarded at your expense.

7. Liability

LuxeHanger is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft, except in cases of gross negligence. We do

not insure items.

8. Agreement to Terms

Sending items to LuxeHanger.com for consignment constitutes acceptance of these terms. This

agreement is subject to change; updated terms will be posted on our website.
